Existential
Existential therapy confronts your present and future choices to increase mindfulness. We will address major issues of human existence, such as mortality, freedom and the meaning of life. Facing reality is the foundation of a healthy mind. Existential therapy removes your limitations to pursue authenticity.

Family/Marital
Family or marital counseling is conducted with all or as many members of the family as possible. The purpose is to assist the family in communicating, solving problems and setting realistic expectations. Psychotherapy examines the structure and interactions between you and your family. Family and marital therapy allows people to work constructively with their loved ones.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Mindfulness based stress reduction unites the body and mind. The techniques are most often used to reduce debilitating stress. Stress is a dangerous disorder. It can contribute to heart disease, headaches, anxiety and high blood pressure. Yoga or meditation is often used as daily treatment. Mindfulness is a lifelong commitment.

Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy confronts the unresolved conflicts of a person’s history. The theory is based on a developmental approach and how people often replay childhood themes. Psychodynamic therapy treats unhealthy patterns, leading to depression, anxiety and problems in interpersonal relationships. A psychodynamic approach can address your unconscious motives.
